When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST will be processed within1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Please note, during periods of inclement weather or major sales events, processing times may be extended.

When will I receive my order?
All shipped orders will be delivered within 7-8 business days, including the 1-3 business days processing time. Orders placed on business days will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Complimentary standard shipping is included at checkout and covers the 7-8 business day delivery timeframe.

What to Do if Your Package is Marked as Delivered but Not Received?

We understand how frustrating it can be if your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it. Here’s what you should do:

  1. Double-check the shipping address you provided during checkout to ensure it's correct.

  2. Look around your home for any possible delivery spots (such as your front door, back door, porch, mailbox, or even hidden spots like behind a plant).

  3. Ask your neighbors or household members if they happened to receive the package on your behalf.

  4. Reach out to the courier directly using your tracking number to start a claim and get more details.

Lost Package Reporting

To qualify for a resolution, please report any lost packages within 10 days of the marked delivery date. Any requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your package is officially confirmed as lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We’ll launch an investigation and keep you informed every step of the way. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your request and provide a solution.

Based on the investigation results, we offer the following options:

  • Replacement Shipment: If you’d like, we can reship your order at no extra charge. The replacement will follow our standard shipping timeline of 7-8 business days.

  • Refund: If your package is declared lost and you request a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take up to 15 additional business days for your bank to credit the amount to your account.

Proof of Delivery

In the event that we have proof of delivery, such as a tracking number, delivery photo, or signature confirmation, and it indicates that your package was delivered to the correct address, Wallzum cannot be held responsible for a refund.In these cases, it will be the customer’s responsibility to follow up directly with the courier or take any additional steps needed to locate the package.

Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We proudly offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. However, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Yes! All prices listed on our website are in USD. Our payment processing system securely handles all transactions in USD for your convenience.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 3 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After that, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. Once your order has been processed and shipped, unfortunately, we can’t accept cancellations.

What happens if I refuse the delivery? If you refuse to accept your package, the round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Important: If your order has already been shipped before we receive your cancellation request, we won’t be able to cancel it.

Business Days: Monday through Friday are considered business days, with the exception of any US public holidays.

Order Confirmation: An email with a confirmation number and an invoice for your records will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed.  Please get in touch with us if you don't receive this email within 24 to 48 hours.  Check your spam or garbage folders if you are unable to locate the confirmation email.

Shipping and Tracking Information: You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment as soon as your order ships.

Orders with multiple items: Depending on availability, your purchase may be dispatched with the items separately.  The overall delivery schedule won't be impacted by this.
